Annual Fees for Establishing the Trust
Annual Fees consist of Annual Statutory Fee and Annual Compliance Fee. Annual Statutory Fee includes:
- Registered agent facilities, that means local incorporation agent who provides all services relating Trust matters;
- The provision of a registered office (which is not considered as a trading address) in the jurisdiction of incorporation, as required;
- Filing statutory returns with official departments, required to keep the Trust active and alive;
- Liaison with the registered office and the registered agent in the jurisdiction of incorporation; attending to the payment of the Annual Government License Fees and other government fees;
In its turn, Annual Compliance Fee includes:
- Attending to routine compliance matters (inclusive of periodic file reviews), reviewing official correspondence received and other routine matters;
- Processing and Return Filing with Internal revenue, Registrar of Companies, and other official departments.
