Company Management

Directors

The minimum number of directors is one. They may be natural persons or corporate bodies. There are no nationality or residence restrictions for directors.

Company Secretary

A company secretary may be appointed. The company secretary may be a natural person or a body corporate. There are no nationality or residence restrictions for the company secretary.

Shareholders

Only one shareholder is required and this can be an individual or a company. There are no nationality or residence restrictions for company shareholders.

It is not required to appoint an operating officer for an IBC.

Meetings of shareholder(s) and director(s)

There are no requirements for meetings of shareholders and directors. If they are held, communication can be conducted by telephone or any other electronic means providing that all the members may successfully communicate to each other. Also, meetings (if necessary) can be held anywhere in the world.
