An LLC under French Law; in Spanish-speaking jurisdictions – Sociedad Anonima. Requires minimum 7 shareholders, whose liability is limited up to the amount of their capital contribution.

In the Netherlands – a special type of holding company, which is exempt from tax on income from investments.
