Name Restrictions
The name should include suffix to denote limited liability. It is not allowed to reserve a name for the company. It is required to check that there is no similar or identical name on the register, which could prevent the company being incorporated.
Restrictions apply to the names that constitute a criminal offence or are otherwise contrary to the public interest, and to the names that imply royal or government patronage.
Following names require consent or licensing: Building society, Chamber of Commerce, co-operative, imperial, Kaifong, mass transit, municipal, royal, savings, tourist association, trust, trustee, underground railway, bank, insurance, assurance, reinsurance, fund management, asset management, investment fund.
