Chapter: 32  COMPANIES ORDINANCE

Application of the Amending Ordinance

(1) For the avoidance of doubt it is declared that sections 5A and 5B apply in relation to a company notwithstanding that it was registered before the commencement of those sections.

(2) Subsection (1) shall not be construed as-

(a) limiting the application of any other provision in the Amending Ordinance; or

(b) validating any transaction, entered into before the commencement of sections 5A and 5B, which would have been void if not for the enactment of those sections.
