Chapter: 32  COMPANIES ORDINANCE

Fees

(1) There shall be paid to the Registrar in respect of the several matters mentioned in the table set out in the Eighth Schedule the several fees therein specified.

(1A) (Repealed 41 of 1989 s. 2)

(2) All fees paid to the Registrar in pursuance of this Ordinance shall be paid into the general revenue.  (Amended 6 of 1984 s. 218)

(3) (Repealed 86 of 1992 s. 11)

(4) The Registrar may charge in respect of any service provided by him under this Ordinance otherwise than in pursuance of an obligation imposed by this Ordinance and for which a fee is not specified under this Ordinance such reasonable fee as the Financial Secretary may approve.
