Prohibition orders against circulation, etc. of summary financial reports

Where there is a conviction of an offence under section 141CF(3), the court may-

(a) by order prohibit the company concerned and any other person from circulating, issuing or publishing any of the company's summary financial report to any person for such period as the court may specify;

and

(b) in making the order impose such conditions as the court thinks appropriate.
